I’m going out for sushi later and I’m suuuper stressed. This will be the first time (besides Mother’s day) that I will be going out for a meal since I started trying to lose weight. Although sushi is definitely a better choice than places I would have gone in the past, I’m still nervous. I don’t want to fall back into my old ways and sushi is probably one of my favorite foods ever. But I’m going to enjoy myself and try not to think toooo too much about it. Blarg! Maybe I’ll go to the gym later to even it out if I have time. Fingers crossed!
day one of the 30 Day Shred. It definitely kicked my ass but I can tell such an improvement in my endurance since I first started working out and I absolutely can not wait to see how I feel at the end of the 30 days! Work in the morning until 5, then the gym, and day two after. I’m excited!
